Exercise and socialization support brain health for all, but become even more vital when living with brain change.

Be part of a program thoughtfully designed for individuals living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI) along with a care partner.  We are a community of people who understand the challenges and are working to maintain physical and cognitive abilities for as long as possible.

  • 30 minute, small group exercise classes.

  • Two times/week via Zoom--current class availability is every Mon/Wed afternoon.

  • Classes include a mix of stretching, cardio, and strengthening exercises.

  • Led by instructors who understand dementia, MCI, and exercise for older adults.  Exercises can be adapted to accomodate individual physical abilities or pre-exisiting problems.

Currently open to Indiana residents, with plans to expand to additional states in the future.
