Launching April 2026

(add action button that will Collect person's name/email Address). Set up automation that will auto send email to the person further describing the program and providing video links with demo exercise session so families can see if the PLWD can follow/participate)

Exercise and socialization support brain health for all, but become even more vital when living with brain change.

Be part of a program thoughtfully designed for individuals living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI) along with a care partner.  Join a community of people who understand the challenges and are working to maintain physical and cognitive abilities for as long as possible.

  • 30 minute, small group, live exercise classes held twice a week via Zoom.

  • Classes include a mix of stretching, cardio, and strengthening exercises.

  • Led by instructors who understand dementia, MCI, and exercise for older adults.  Exercises can be adapted to accomodate individual physical abilities or pre-exisiting problems.

Currently open to Indiana residents, with plans to expand to additional states in the future.

What more should I say right now about the virtual program that shouldn't be saved for targeted emails or later contact?
